You can get HD wallpapers in may ways. The video above will explain and show you how. The best way I have found to get exactly what you want is to open up Safari and do a simple GOOGLE search. If I wanted to have a Nissan 370z as my wallpaper I would simply type that in on GOOGLE and then click images under the search.
Once you find the image you want all you have to do is hold your finger on it until the menu pops up. Once you see the menu, just hit save image. Go to your photo stream to find the image, open it, tap the little arrow at the bottom left and then tap use as wallpaper.
