iOS 12 is here and with it is some great new features like Memojis app tracking and group Facetime. Updating is free and can really refresh older devices making them feel new with all the new features.

Before You Update to iOS 12
- Ensure your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is supported
iOS 12 is available for the following devices:
- Connect your iOS device to the charger or wireless charging pad
- Backup your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes
- Ensure you have enough space available on your device. I recommend at least 2GB

How to Update the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to iOS 12
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap General and then tap Software Update.
The system will search and display the iOS 12 software update. - Tap download and install to start.
- Enter your password.
- Then agree to the terms twice.
- Once the update is downloaded, tap install now.
Important: During the update don’t unplug the iPhone from the charger or turn it off during the update. Just let the phone do it’s thing until the update is installed. The update may take longer depending on your internet speed and the device that you are updating. - Enter your password to log back into your device and iOS 12 is installed.
Follow the onscreen steps to configure the new features now or simply set them up later.
