- To change exposure of a picture tap to focus and take note of a little sun icon beside the focus square. If you slide the sun up and down it will allow you to brighten or darken the picture.
Silence The iPhone Camera Shutter Sound
- Open the settings app and tap sounds
- Make sure that under the “Vibrate” section both “Vibrate on Ring” and Vibrate on Silent” are both turned off.
- Locate the silence button on the upper left side of your iPhone and switch it to off. You will see an orange line indicating it is now in silence mode.\
Note: The silencing of the shutter sound only works for some devices and in some areas of the world. It is hard to say why it works for some people and not others but many believe it is due to security/laws in various parts of the world.
