- Open the “Settings” application and tap “Touch ID & Passcode”
- Enter your passcode if prompted
- Tap “Add a fingerprint”
- Place your finger on the home button and lift it when you feel the vibration (continue to lift and place your finger until prompted with further instruction)
- Follow the onscreen prompts and instructions
